About Us

If you are looking for a church home in the Northeast Columbia area, we hope that you will consider making Long Creek that home. We are a family here, brothers and sisters in Christ.

We love God because of the love He has shown us through the gift of Jesus, the gift of the Holy Spirit,
the promise of eternal life.

We are a group of people who don’t know all the answers (or even all the questions) but sincerely desire to act justly, love kindness, and walk humbly with our God (Micah 6:8).

It is our aim to glorify and honor God in all we do. We would love to have you as part of our family.

If you are a member of the church and would like to be a part of Long Creek family,
or if you are not a Christian and would like to have someone study with you, please contact us.

God’s Plan of Salvation

  1. Hear the Gospel Message

So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” (Romans 10:17).

  1. Believe in the Gospel Message

“ But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him” (Hebrews 11:6).

  1. Confess the Name of Jesus

“Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven” (Matthew 10:32-33).

  1. Repent of One’s Sins

I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish” (Luke 13:3).

  1. Be Baptized into Christ

Then Peter said to them, ‘Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.’” (Acts 2:38).

  1. Remain Faithful

Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life” (Revelation 2:10).
